We all want to be thin and look good right.

But some of us have little problems and issues with getting that way and staying that way. As a matter of fact, more then 88% of the world has a problem with weight.

Mostly, it's belly fat!

Most people have extra belly fat they would LOVE to get rid of. Especially women. Women focus more on their belly fat than men do.

Well, first off - FOOD!

I can jst see of the peoples faces right now after reading that sentance.

"But, I like eating pizza three times a week and loaded mashed potatoes with every meal. I hope I don;t have to give up the food I like."

Guess what - YOU DO have to give quite a few of the food you like.

BUT, there are just as good replacements that you may find to like even better.

I was surprised to find out that I like eating a hand full of cherry tomatoes as a sncak just as much as I like'd eating half a bag of chips as a snack.

You WILL find other things you like just as much if not more.

Anyway.

Food is your first stop of the belly fat burning express. Start eating better and belive it or not, eating more often.

Eating 6 small meals a day is MUCH better then eating 2 or 3 meals a day.

Sounds "out-there" but it's true.

Your body needs to see, feel and have a constent supply of engery (food) coming in or it will go into a preservation mode and store up as much fat as possible as back fuel.

This leads to belly fat, thick thighs and what I like to call the "bountiful booty" (large butt).

Another thing to start doing for fast fat burning is excerise.

Again, I can hear the little maons and groans.

But you need to burn more calories then your taking in.

DON'T think that just going to a walk will be the answer to excersie either.
